I hail from the vibrant metropolis of Johannesburg, South Africa. It's a bustling epicenter of African culture, where the rich tapestry of life unfolds through the diverse array of individuals who call it home. This city has shaped my origins and the essence of my musical expression. I also spent five years living in the beautiful countryside of eSwatini (Swaziland) in my teenage years, which granted me the time to understand my cultural heritage. I am currently studying towards an Undergraduate degree in Film Scoring in Hollywood, Los Angeles, whilst simultaneously working on international productions.

 

My journey, deeply influenced by the diverse perspectives and interactions with people from around the globe, has provided me with a unique lens through which I view the world. I believe this has been the main driving force that has allowed me to reach my highest achievements, such as being a part of the orchestration team for "Ghost of Yōtei," a PlayStation exclusive. I am grateful to Chad Cannon for bringing me on to work on the project, and it was a great privilege to work with Toma Otowa, who was the composer for the game. 

 

Another achievement that I was grateful for was on "Music Is My Life," which was selected as the Official South African Submission for the 96th Annual Academy Awards (Oscars). Regrettably, we were unable to advance to the nomination stage. Nevertheless, the recognition of reaching that stage for the most prestigious international award ceremony remains a remarkable accomplishment. 

 

With over 15 years of experience as a pianist and close to a decade of experience as a film composer, my work encompasses a diverse range of film, television shows, documentaries, and video games. My compositions span the emotional spectrum, from romantic and comedic to dramatic and action-packed narratives.

My unyielding commitment lies in the fusion of music composition and storytelling, serving as the driving force behind my craft. I am dedicated to crafting distinctive and impactful musical compositions that elevate the visual narrative, leaving an indelible mark on audiences internationally.
